Visual Designer Needed

We are a growing hospitality group seeking a talented visual designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating striking visual elements across our outlets, including menus, packaging, posters, social media creatives, and in-store branding. You will play a key role in shaping the way our guests interact with us visually.

  • Create all outlet visual elements: menus, tent cards, posters, wall graphics, packaging, signage, event creatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure brand identity is consistent across all materials.
  • Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, engaging visual elements while keeping design functional and print-ready.
  • Create assets for digital needs (social media, newsletters) when required.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in design, preferably with food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; bonus if you know After Effects or Canva).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (collaterals, branding, menus, packaging).

We are looking for someone creative yet practical who can balance aesthetics with functionality. A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines is essential. Passion for food and beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle design is also necessary.
