Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of JAMF Consultant for End User Computing. The selected individual will be responsible for providing expert-level support and services using JAMF administration.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms (Laptop, PC, VDI). Key responsibilities include managing MAC devices, user identity, and endpoint protection as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements.

  • Expert-level support for JAMF Pro / JAMF Cloud
  • Microsoft Intune device management and policy configuration
  • Endpoint security compliance and patching
  • Best practices development and implementation for vulnerability and security processes
  • Troubleshooting complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches
