Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred) and is proficient in using AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive, delightful, and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft user experience designs that meet accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
- Lead user research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Ensure designs align with business objectives and key performance indicators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
- Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
- Experience working with no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
