Job Overview

We are a fast-growing business on a mission to transform how large food orders are placed and experienced. From intimate family gatherings to large corporate events, we deliver seamless, scalable, and delightful catering solutions for groups of 10+. We move quickly, think boldly, and build products that create real impact.

You'll design across our consumer app, web checkout, and vendor/ops dashboards. The goal: create experiences that feel effortless, trustworthy, and memorable — and turn more intent into completed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate problems into flows, wireframes, and final UI with clarity and craft.
  • Design journeys for browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that feel simple and intuitive.
  • Define and polish all states (empty, loading, error) so nothing feels broken.
  • Shape and maintain a lean Design System that ensures consistency without slowing creativity.
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
  • Review live builds and ensure what ships matches the design intent.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows (copy drafts, asset variations, usability note summaries, spec automation) to cut busywork and spend more time on high-value design.
What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
  • A portfolio showing real problem solving (not just polished visuals).
  • Mastery of Figma and a strong sense for structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and move fast without overthinking.
  • Awareness of accessibility and how to make designs that feel effortless for everyone.

Nice to Have:

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive work.
  • Experience with marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards.
  • Exposure to motion basics (micro-animations, transitions) that add delight without slowing performance.
