Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our month-end close processes and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 6 years of experience in financial analysis to provide crucial insights and drive organizational success.
Job Description- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and extract complex financial data to identify trends and variances in corporate overhead costs.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain and update internal monthly reporting templates to analyze financial results and KPIs, providing meaningful insights to leadership.
- Accounting Functions: Handle daily and monthly cash management activities, including bank fees and interest income, fixed assets accounting, and lease accounting activities.
- Support the preparation and review of financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication of financial information.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Education: A Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Superior computer skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in Oracle, Power BI, and data models.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detailed, well-organized, and strong issue-resolution skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
