Head of Financial Reporting

The Head of Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

This role involves managing the financial reporting team, ensuring the integrity of financial data, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone/consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results including BU wise P&L to senior management.
  • Ensure timely audit closure and independent resolution of audit queries.
  • Comply with all financial reporting regulations and standards, including regulatory filings.

As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, manage the financial reporting team, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • CA/ICWA certification or equivalent.
  • 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in capital market/financial service industry.
  • Strong understanding of IndAS, LODR, and other applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Analytical Ability and detailed oriented.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IndAS, LODR, and other applicable regulations, as well as proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.

You will be responsible for leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, and complying with all financial reporting regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
