Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Implementation Coordinator for Life Skills Programs.

This role involves overseeing the successful implementation of our life skills programs at schools across AP and Telangana, working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the content team to ensure quality of the program, participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings, and support marketing and operations strategies.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of our life skills programs across assigned schools, maintain implementation timelines and milestones, and ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions.
  • School Collaboration: Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools, build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads, conduct needs assessments and feedback from the schoolteachers and management, and address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
  • Program Delivery: Program rollout at schools, conduct classes for students and training programs for teachers, observe the classes conducted by teachers to evaluate the effectiveness of the program delivery, and provide support on Learning Management System including content management and timely first-level support to schools.
  • Teacher Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively, conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods, facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers, and collect data on program implementation and impact.
