Job Overview:

The Associate Director, Production will lead a dedicated vertical, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This role will manage a team of Creative Producers (project managers) and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure internal and external processes are followed, including documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development and delivery across digital media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
