Chief Data Integration Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our platform by migrating data from legacy systems into our Snowflake-style architecture.

This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their technical skills and AI coding assistants to design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations.

  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to effectively migrate and transform data.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into our production environments and supporting customer success to delight clients during migration.
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in conducting multiple customer migrations (+20) and transforming data to onboard customers into software/solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data migration challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in an asynchronous environment.

Bonus per migration, paying 10% of revenues upon completion.

The team is spread across Greece, Italy, and India, with a preference for candidates in similar time zones. However, we're open to other locations with reasonable time zone alignment.
