The Data Conversion Specialist Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to our new platform. This specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes.

  • Data Migration Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create optimized EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors through meticulous analysis.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support efficient conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones through effective communication and project management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices is crucial.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail are necessary for success.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are vital.
