Key Accounting Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for clients across various industries. This role involves managing the financial records, including reconciling bank accounts, matching sales to deposits, and resolving over/short cash variances.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and hands-on experience with Point of Sale systems are required.

This role requires owning daily postings and month-end closes for multiple locations, integrating and reconciling data from various systems, maintaining clean bank feeds, and supporting exports from franchise systems.
