Job Title: Account Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to manage our organization's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage donor data and student fees.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
