We are a dynamic organization constantly growing and venturing into Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies. We also have launched homecare services.

This role is responsible for Vendor Managed Inventory/Implant Inventory Management within our Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and monitor procurement trends.

  • Lead strategic negotiations with manufacturers and vendors.
  • Drive and maintain group-wide price agreements for high-value and critical medical supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships with a focus on performance, delivery, and compliance in VMI operations.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and operations of VMI systems across all hospital units.
  • Oversee timely receipt of agreed credit notes and Trade Offer Discounts from vendors.
  • Implement, monitor, and audit standard operating procedures related to VMI for all units.
  • Track and reconcile VMI stock across all units to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • Develop and implement a markup policy for vendor-managed items in line with pricing strategy.

A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Healthcare Management or equivalent is required. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in healthcare/hospital is also necessary.

A strong understanding of healthcare procurement dynamics, regulatory requirements, and VMI models is essential.

An ideal candidate will be analytical, data-driven, and proficient in ERP systems and inventory management tools. They must also possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
