About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Specialist to lead our ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Click-Through Rate (CTR), ROAS, Cost-Per-Click (CPC), CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
