Treasury Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to serve as a key member of our treasury team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash flow, ensuring efficient fund management, and providing strategic guidance on investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Monitor and optimize daily cash flow, conduct bank reconciliations, and maintain liquidity position.
  • Payment Planning: Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners to drive business growth.
  • Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment plans that maximize returns on surplus funds while adhering to company policy.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines to mitigate risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations or fund management.
  • Prior experience working in mutual funds, banks, or financial institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
