Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead transitions and project management initiatives within our organization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end process migrations, program management, and change management.

They will be responsible for managing transition opportunities, taking accountability for transitions and projects from start to finish, and exhibiting strong project and process management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and teams, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end transitions to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on project progress and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in project management and change management
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred
