We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral part of our educational vision, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation.

This role is focused on teaching, learning, and care related responsibilities. You will have a clear knowledge of early childhood development, brain research, and how that leads to successful learning and development at school. Your primary goal will be to establish and sustain a safe and stimulating environment where children feel confident and are able to learn and develop.

Teaching Responsibilities:

  • Establish a clear understanding of each child's strengths, needs, and interests to inform planning and instruction.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum content that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CPR/First Aid or specialized education training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Emotional resilience and adaptability when dealing with challenging situations.
