About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing our brand's marketing and communication strategies, driving engagement, and supporting sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and agencies, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and platform performance metrics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Communications & Content

  • Manage and update all communication channels, including website content and email newsletters.
  • Write and produce high-quality content for various marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely and effective coverage of events and launches.

Budget Management

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all activities stay within allocated funds.
  • Track expenses on platforms managed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹6 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
