Job Title: Spatial Designer

 

At our design firm, we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Spatial Designer.

As a key member of the design team, you will assist in creating innovative and functional interior spaces across various project types. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow their design skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp are mandatory).
  • Source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet project requirements and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to measure spaces, monitor progress, and ensure design implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients to support project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, sample libraries, and design archives.
  • Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging materials.
  • Support in client meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit (preferred).
  • Strong visual and spatial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design aesthetics.
