  • Craft compelling mood boards and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
  • Devise efficient space plans accounting for workflow optimization and ergonomic principles.
  • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Curate and specify materials that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards.
  • Optimize design solutions for durability, functionality, and visual appeal.
  • Create project budgets and timelines, working within established constraints.
  • Source and procure materials within established parameters.
  • Enhance financial performance by optimizing design solutions.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation for construction purposes.
  • Maintain accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field.
  • Experience in leading client pitches.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects and team management.
  • Proficiency in design software like Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
