Job Title: Visionary Space Planner

Position Overview:

A visionary space planner with exceptional creativity and design expertise is required to develop innovative interior solutions for clients. This role involves translating client conversations into inspiring designs, managing project lifecycles from conception to completion, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Quality: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a designer, with a proven track record of leading at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
