We are seeking a strategic Growth Professional to accelerate business expansion and performance across our financial products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for key business metrics, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Business Ownership:">

  • Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.">

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.">

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:">

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.">

  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.">

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:">

  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.">

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.">

  • Business Planning & Projections:">

  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.">

  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.">

  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.">

  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.">

  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.">

  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.">

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.">

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.">

  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.">

  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.">
