Job Description:

As a Senior Public Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the PR aspect of our clients' businesses. This includes liaising daily with clients and media via telephone and email, building strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with clients and the media
  • Build relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams
  • Manage client expectations and ensure 100% client retention
Media Monitoring & Coverage:
  • Monitor media (traditional and digital)
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage
  • Track newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities
Publicity & Campaign Management:
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Strategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmaps
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews
Event Management:
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits
  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms
Brand Development:
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of our clients
  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement:
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities
Research & Analysis:
  • Commission and undertake market research
  • Research new business proposals and present to potential clients
Team Contribution:
  • Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives
