Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend development efforts for web and mobile applications. This role involves spearheading the frontend engineering culture and roadmap, working closely with a leadership team and cutting-edge technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead a team of frontend engineers, define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Hands-on Development:
  • Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks, architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Technology Ownership:
  • Demonstrate expertise across a range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance:
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, design, QA, and product teams, communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
