Job Description

We're looking for a frontend developer with strong React and design/UX skills to craft high-quality user experiences across our website, dashboards, landing pages, and new product features. Responsibilities include designing and implementing responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React, translating product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows, working closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences, defining and maintaining a design system / component library for consistency, prototyping and testing new UX patterns for FileSpin's services (dashboards, workflows, content management), and optimizing performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.

Requirements
  • 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup.
