Electrical BIM Modeling Expert

This role focuses on developing and maintaining accurate 3D models of electrical systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and project managers. You will leverage industry-standard software to create detailed designs, quantify materials, and optimize construction processes.

In this position, you will apply your expertise in Autodesk Revit to model complex electrical systems, from design stages to as-built phases. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating and modifying Revit families for Electrical & ELV Systems
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project workflows and standards
  • Preparing lighting, power, cable tray, and conduiting layouts
  • Developing SLDs (Single-Line Diagrams)
  • Designing fire alarm and PA systems
  • Conducting quality control checks for completeness and adherence to company/project standards
  • Utilizing Revit for MEP services, family creation, and quantity take-offs
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on fabrication drawings and relevant industry developments

Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related software
  • Strong understanding of Electrical and ELV system design, modeling, and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
