Supply Chain Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our Supply Chain systems.

Your primary objective will be to provide proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure continuous system availability and performance.

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages.

You will work closely with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility.
