Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen our credit analysis and deal execution capabilities.

The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant financial experience and will work closely with the lending team to support underwriting, credit evaluation, and transaction management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive and accurate financial reports for transactions.
  • Analyze and review loan term sheets to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
Requirements & Skills
  • 3–7 years of financial analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in financial fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
