Strategic Business Partner for Organizational Development

The role of a Strategic Business Partner for Organizational Development is to act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business, conducting strategic processes and sessions. This involves understanding the global business context and translating trends into OD implications. You will engage and partner with various stakeholders in the BU and corporate to leverage successful performance in the units.

  • Proactively diagnose organizational challenges and opportunities for development, tailoring solutions for specific local needs. Balance unique BU needs with corporate initiatives and strategy to create optimal solutions and plans.
  • Develop and structure tools for accelerating professional and/or leadership capabilities, developing the organizational capability for change, transformations, and restructurings.
  • Implement top-down initiatives while customizing and adapting to local characteristics and capacity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master Degree (Full-Time) Mandatory
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in OD practices
  • Facilitation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Managing to impact within a corporate, global, complex organization
  • Building and implementing talent and leadership development programs
  • Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner
  • Good English – verbal and written
