About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that supports AMS and Silicon Photonics IC design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, and support AMS simulation environments for CMOS FinFET and BiCMOS high-speed design projects.
  • Collaborate with analog design teams and EDA vendors to resolve design flow-related issues.
  • Work closely with TCAD and foundry technology teams on device/circuit modeling topics.
  • Periodically evaluate/benchmark AMS design tools and present findings to design teams.
  • Develop and validate custom circuit checks and model QA flows.
  • Design automation scripts to enhance efficiency in design/verification teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BE/BTech with 5-7 years of related experience or ME/MTech in Electrical Engineering with 2-5 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining analog/mixed-signal design flows for advanced FinFET process technologies.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard analog/mixed-signal simulation tools.
  • Good understanding of AMS flows, including design entry, simulation, parasitic extraction, and post-layout simulation.
  • Understanding of device models and debugging skills for complex high-speed analog/RF simulation issues.
  • Desirable knowledge in Virtuoso Schematic Editor, PDK, CDF, netlisting, and programming skills in TCL, Python, Perl, SKILL, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration skills.
