Senior Analog Mixed Signal Engineer

Highly skilled engineers are required to fill the role of Senior AMS Verification Engineer. This position involves developing and executing analog/mixed-signal verification strategies for complex semiconductor designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing verification environments, testbenches, and test sequences for mixed-signal IPs or SoCs is a primary responsibility.
- Performing mixed-signal simulations and analyzing results to ensure compliance with design specifications is also crucial.
- Defining and tracking functional and coverage metrics; writing coverage models and monitoring progress is another key aspect of this role.
- Identifying, debugging, and resolving mismatches between expected and actual simulation results requires strong analytical skills.
- Collaboration with analog, digital, and modeling teams is essential to resolve verification issues and improve test coverage.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in AMS verification is necessary.
- A strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal modeling and verification flows is also required.
- Experience in using tools such as Cadence AMS Designer, Synopsys VCS AMS, or similar is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell) for automation and debugging is also required.
- Solid knowledge of mixed-signal debug methodologies and waveform analysis is necessary.
- Familiarity with Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, SPICE, and behavioral modeling is also required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment is essential.
