Design Lead for Mixed-Signal ICs
Job OverviewAs a senior analog design engineer, you will lead the conception and development of complex mixed-signal integrated circuits. This role involves overseeing a team of experienced designers to ensure successful integration of 3rd party analog IP into our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of mixed-signal IP from conception to post-tape out phase, including lab testing and customer bring-up.
- Communicate with internal business units on technical topics and IP support.
- Develop and implement analog design strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to integrate analog IP into our products.
- Design high-speed SERDES/Clocking circuits and other complex analog and mixed-signal ICs.
- At least 15 years of experience in leading/managing an analog design team.
- Experience with high-speed SERDES/Clocking circuits is highly valued.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to quickly adapt to new projects and priorities.
