Job Overview

The Role of a Relationship Manager is pivotal in building and sustaining robust connections with clients to drive sales growth. This position demands exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to comprehend marketing objectives and provide resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with merchants and prospect relevant merchants for the platform.
  • E nsure systematic follow-up with client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • Establish and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • Handle escalations calls and perform effective people management (one-to-ones, coaching, career development).
  • Control and monitor daily/weekly operations, providing timely reactions to different situations.
