Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Windows expert to manage our Windows servers and operating systems. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Windows Server, including Windows 2019, Windows 11/10, and VM Ware.
  • Implementing centralized patch management and standard policy implementation.
  • Performing log analysis, ensuring high availability, liaising with the security team, and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Managing storage technology, including RAID, SAN, NAS, backup management, and object-based storage implementation.
  • Utilizing Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting, MS Excel, dashboard, and reporting for debugging and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing Windows servers and operating systems, with a strong understanding of Windows distribution servers for fintech companies.
  • Knowledge of Wireshark, Microsoft message analyzer, AD, Email hosting, RSAT, Netwrix account lockout examiner, and Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum 50% marks and at least four years of experience in Administration roles for Windows Desktop and Server-side operating systems.
