Product Development Specialist

About this role:
A skilled professional is sought after to manage the end-to-end process of getting leather products from design to delivery. This position involves overseeing the entire order flow, from initial inquiries to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and ensure timely production, monitor progress, and highlight any issues.
- Identify and procure materials, components, and accessories required for product development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Record orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details accurately.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar field
- Problem-solving skills, ability to identify problems, and develop solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can implement merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning, while managing inventory levels and optimizing stock turnover.
