About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and drive project success.
  • Analyze data to identify system enhancements and process improvements, ensuring seamless loan lifecycle management and driving business outcomes.
Lending Expertise
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end loan management processes, including loan booking, repayment schedules, prepayments, foreclosures, collections, and NPA handling.
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Quality Assurance
  • Support UAT and SIT for new features and system upgrades, validating data migration, integrations, and configurations to ensure seamless functionality.
Team Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Analysis, Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles in lending/fintech domain.
  • Understanding of loan management systems, core banking systems, or lending products.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborative work environments.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
