As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective category management. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative products that meet evolving consumer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to inform product concepts, drive sales growth, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Marketing Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans that boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency while delivering high-impact results.
Requirements
  • A Postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong Functional Marketing Skills: Possess a deep understanding of brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a 'get the job done' mindset, think creatively, take initiative, show ownership, and exhibit persistence.
  • Effective Communication: Showcase strong presentation, MS Office skills, and a passion for food.
