Job Description

SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for implementing, supporting and enhancing the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure smooth plant operations, equipment maintenance and business process efficiency.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and provide end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support SAP PM module implementations, rollouts and support projects.
  • Configure and customize Plant Maintenance processes including preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage master data (equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, work centers).
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, notifications, work orders and scheduling.
  • Integrate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis and solution design.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW components.
  • Support testing cycles and provide end-user training/documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of SAP PM experience in implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, PP and FI/CO.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
