Machine Learning Developer Position

About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning developer to design, develop and deploy high-performing machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable machine learning systems driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.
- Design and Development: Design, develop and deploy machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering and deep learning).
- Data Pipelines: Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and training workflows.
- Deployment: Deploy models to production using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Maintenance: Monitor model performance, retrain and maintain production-ready systems.
- API Integration: Develop APIs and integrate machine learning solutions with enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning development or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/Scala/R is a plus.
- Expertise with machine learning libraries/frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Familiarity with data tools: Pandas, NumPy, Spark.
- Experience with machine learning deployment (SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) and version control (Git).
- Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
