AI Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, as well as working with large datasets.


Job Description:

As an AI engineer on our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence systems. This includes developing algorithms, training models, and integrating them into existing systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing advanced machine learning models to capture semantic meaning of companies, people, and signals for retrieval and ranking.
  2. Developing and deploying state-of-the-art supervised and semi-supervised models that scale to hundreds of millions of companies, professionals, and business signals.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing systems.
  4. Ensuring the high quality and reliability of developed systems through rigorous testing and validation.

You will work closely with other engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure the successful deployment of machine learning systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong background in machine learning and deep learning techniques, including neural networks and natural language processing.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and storage systems.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
