Architectural Leadership Opportunity for Global Expansion

This is a leadership position that requires experience in architectural practice and prior leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have 15–25 years of experience, a postgraduate degree (B.Arch/M.Arch) and strong portfolio of commercial projects.

About the Role
  • Company: A leading global architecture and design firm
  • Designation: Office Head/Studio Director/Local Office Director
  • Years of Experience: 15-25 years in an architectural practice with prior leadership experience
  • Academic Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch (postgraduate degree desirable)

You will be responsible for establishing and leading our global client's Mumbai office. Working with their Europe-based leadership team, you will develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural practices, leadership skills and experience working on large-scale commercial projects. They will also have a good understanding of the Indian market and its requirements.

Requirements
  • B.Arch/M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable)
  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects
