BMC TrueSight Technical Operations Specialist

At ubique-systems, we are seeking a highly skilled BMC TrueSight Admin to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of TrueSight Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities- Principles of BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration (especially with version 10.x & later)
- Installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris OS
- Basics in working with knowledge modules like DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, Sentry monitoring studio, and basic KMs like OS, LOG, URL
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues
- Knowledge in Event Management policy administration and configuration
- Infrastructure knowledge on Operating system and Database
- Good communication skills set, understanding and clear communication to the business on impact of major incidents
