The role involves creating and enhancing digital customer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring business needs to life in a digital context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Designs: Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
  • Front-End Development: Write HTML, CSS3 (including SASS), and JavaScript that is tested and well-documented.
  • Integration: Coordinate with front-end developers to integrate front-end deliverables with the AEM content management system (CMS).
  • Release Management: Release frontend code changes from lower environments through to production.
  • System Enhancement: Run tests to evaluate software builds, debug, and enhance existing AEM systems.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, or government environment.
  • 3 years of development of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 3 years of expertise in front-end frameworks, e.g., React/Node Js/Angular.
  • 3 years of experience with modern UX development and responsive design.
  • 1 year of working with Adobe AEM and its components.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
