Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester to play a crucial role in validating the functionality and performance of our Salesforce applications through functional as well as automated testing.

This individual will leverage their expertise in test automation frameworks and Salesforce to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or other relevant frameworks.

- Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts to improve coverage and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

- Execute automated test scripts and analyse results to identify defects and performance issues.

- Document and report test results, including defect reports, test logs, and test summaries.

- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure test requirements are met and issues are resolved.

- Utilize Salesforce-specific testing tools and frameworks, such as Provar, to automate test scenarios effectively.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience on Salesforce QA Testing - Manual and Automation.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including its features, customization, and development.

- Strong hands-on experience with UI automation on Java with Selenium (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with BDD (Mandatory).

- Knowledge on Playwright (Optional).

- Mobile Automation with Appium (Optional).

- Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce Lightning Testing, or other relevant tools).

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Needed:

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or similar certifications are preferred.
