Salesforce Automation and Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation and DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling complex deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing Salesforce release and refresh activities across multiple environments, working with the Salesforce CLI for deployments, scripting, and environment management, implementing and maintaining version control strategies using Git, building and managing automation pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, evaluating best practices in code quality, deployment, and environment governance, collaborating with developers, admins, and architects to streamline delivery, and troubleshooting deployment issues and optimizing release cycles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and metadata structure.
  • Hands-on experience with SF CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience with sandbox management, data refresh, and deployment governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, architecture, and engineering principles, with a focus on automating business processes and improving efficiency.
