Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and functional test cases for Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related SaaS applications.
  • Utilize AccelQ, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit for automation testing.
  • Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Perform database validation and write SQL queries to verify data integrity.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test data for multiple test scenarios.
  • Use JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA and AccelQ.
  • Proficiency in Automation and Functional Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Experience with Salesforce testing or other SaaS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP-Salesforce integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in writing and using SQL for data validation.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Understanding of coding principles and enterprise applications in Java, PHP, or similar languages.
