We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Accounts Payable team.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily workflow, manage a team responsible for invoice processing, and ensure key performance indicators are met.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring and distributing daily tasks among team members.
  • Managing a team that handles invoice processing.
  • E nsuring Service Level Agreements, Turnaround Times, and Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
  • Handling exceptions and resolving escalations efficiently.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Evaluating and escalating critical issues to management or stakeholders appropriately.
  • Ensuring all Accounts Payable processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Assisting in internal/external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining team performance.
  • Motivating and engaging the team.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Improving processes continuously.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
  • D riving automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience, including team handling experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree; Master of Commerce or MBA preferred.
