Join our team as a Technical Lead, where you will be responsible for driving strategic vision and growth of our product.

This role involves leading a high-performing team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

You will drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with stakeholders to grow and enhance it. Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends.

Work closely with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech. They should have proven experience in building and managing teams across multiple functions.

Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success is required. Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development are necessary.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving is expected.
