Job Title: Public Relations Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to enhance brand presence through strategic public relations and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to increase visibility and engagement across various media platforms.
  • Manage print, digital, social, and website content to capture audience attention and drive business growth.
  • Create engaging content using design tools like Canva and Photoshop to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to showcase company news and achieve media coverage.
  • Grow the company's presence on various social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
  • Coordinate with media outlets for coverage and advertisements to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Handle crisis communication effectively to protect the company's reputation and maintain stakeholder trust.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and communication.
  • Postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, social, and website media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in handling press releases, on print & digital media.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
