Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and be able to analyze campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
